Kenan Institute Distinguished Fellow Josh Lerner, Jacob H. Schiff Professor of Investment Banking at Harvard Business School, will be visiting the Kenan Institute on February 15 to discuss his research on innovation policy, venture capital, and private equity organizations. In addition to teaching, Professor Learner founded and serves as the director of the Private Capital Research Institute (PCRI) located in Boston, MA. PCRI is a nonprofit devoted to encouraging access to data and research and has been a frequent leader and participant in World Economic Forum projects and events.
Professor Learner is the first in a series of Kenan Institute Distinguished Fellows who’ll be addressing the institute’s 2024 Grand Challenge, Building Business Resilience in Turbulent Times. Distinguished Fellows comprise an exemplary set of global scholars committed to leveraging their expertise, thought leadership, research, and networks to further the institute’s efforts to examine and drive solutions to issues facing business and the economy today.
