Ani Soni ’27 is from Bettendorf, Iowa. As a Business Administration and Environmental Studies double major, Ani’s professional interests include renewable energy, private equity, sustainability, consulting, and venture capital. Ani decided to become a Luther Hodges Scholar for the opportunity to collaborate with students interested in working at the intersection of the public and private sectors and for the holistic approach that the program takes in providing opportunities to students.

In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Ani is a Carolina Global Launch Scholar, serves as co-president for Build the Hill, is on the executive board for the Venture Capital Club, serves as a business analyst for Consult Your Community, and is an active member of Tar Heel Raas. Ani’s hobbies include tennis, chess, cricket, traveling, and reading.
