Lucia Park ‘26 is from Seoul, South Korea.  As a Biostatistics major, her career interest is to become a healthcare consultant and participate in numerous pro bono projects to enhance the accessibility of innovative healthcare solutions in developing countries. Lucia chose to become a Luther Hodges Scholar to pursue her research interest under expert mentors and collaborate with a cohort of scholars with a goal to work for the public good. 

In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Lucia is a Honors Carolina Student Mentor & Ambassador, active member of Undergraduate Consulting Club and the Undergraduate Healthcare Club.  Her hobbies include teaching (researching pedagogical methods, creating math textbooks tailored to individual students, cooking, visiting local coffee shops, writing poetry and journaling.
