Will Ballenger is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. As a Business Administration major, Will’s professional interests include healthcare administration, entrepreneurship, and finance and hopes to one day start a healthcare company. Will decided to become a Luther Hodges Scholar for the mentorship experiences and the opportunity to learn how the public and private sectors collaborate to impact social welfare.

In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Will is also an Honors Carolina Scholar, serves as co-president in One for the World UNC, is the LEAD chairman of Sigma Nu Fraternity, is a member of FBLA-PBL UNC, and tutors with the GrowYourWorld organization. Will’s hobbies include music composition, fitness, and volunteering.
