I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I attended the University of Virginia, where I graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2007. Upon graduating I moved to Washington, DC as an IT Consultant with Accenture. I worked for three years with Accenture serving the Defense Logistics Agency and delivering system improvements to better supply the US military all around the world. Most recently I worked for Guident Technologies as a Business Intelligence consultant with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
I could not be more excited to be back in North Carolina. I chose to attend Kenan-Flagler due to the entrepreneurial spirit of the school, and hope to leverage my technical background and passion for technology to drive entrepreneurship in North Carolina. I believe the Research Triangle will continue to be instrumental in creating and cultivating entrepreneurship well into the 21st century and beyond.
I am an avid musician, playing guitar, piano and mandolin. I have enjoyed playing in rock bands for the last 12 years, most recently as the lead guitarist for Washington, DC based Round About. Aside from music, I enjoy golf, skiing, and rooting for the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Braves.
