Zain Chaudhry ’23 is a business administration major from Charlotte, North Carolina. His professional interests include consulting, finance and integrating emerging technologies into the business world. After graduation, Zain is interested in leveraging his private sector skills to create a positive social impact at a consulting firm or within the field of finance. Zain joined the Kenan Scholars program because of his passion for sustainability and his interest in researching the business applications of AI, data analytics and quantum computing.

In addition to being a Kenan Scholar, Zain is a founding executive team member of the UNC Sustainability in Business Club, the vice president of finance at Delta Sigma Pi, and a technology sector analyst with the UNC Portfolio Management Team. Zain’s hobbies include playing soccer, reading and music.
