Anna Claire Sems ‘26 is from Bernardsville, New Jersey. As a Business Administration and German double major, her career interest is to work within a startup team abroad, ideally in Germany, to understand different working styles whilst developing a strong entrepreneurial skill set. Eventually, she hopes to be an advisor for startup teams and an advocate for neurodiversity on these teams. Anna chose to become a Luther Hodges Scholar for its unique focus on real-world experience and for the unique opportunity for Scholars to address economic and societal problems during their sophomore summer.
In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Anna is the TC VP of Finance for Scale and Coin, Social Chair for UNC Sailing and a member of the Order of the Bell Tower. Her hobbies include entrepreneurship, neurodiverse advocacy, offshore sailing, and Ben Benn artwork.
