Anagha Puranik

Anagha Puranik ’28 is from Cary, NC. As a Business Administration and Media and Journalism double major, Anagha’s professional interests include media management, marketing, and accessibility in digital media. Anagha decided to become a Luther Hodges Scholar because she believes in the power of using business and strategy to make a positive impact and give back to the community. The program’s collaborative, cohort-based approach and emphasis on public-private partnerships strongly resonated with her goals.

In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Anagha is involved with the Parr Center for Ethics, serves as a Hussman School Ambassador, is a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, works in the Department of Civic Engagement for UNC Student Government, contributes to Heelprint Communications, is a Recruiting Intern for UNC Football, and works as a communications and marketing assistant for the UNC Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice. Anagha’s hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, going on walks, and trying new foods.
