Kenan Institute Distinguished Fellow Thomas Stith will participate with the Luther Hodges Scholars Program in a fireside chat. This exclusive scholar event will take place August 23 as part of his Distinguished Fellow visit to the Kenan Institute and UNC.

Recognized as a thought leader on economic development, small business, investment, development opportunities and public policy, Stith’s career has included serving as special assistant to the governor of North Carolina, serving three terms as a councilman with the city of Durham, and his most recent tenure, as president of the North Carolina Community College System.
